I was at my local drugstore today and spotted this display. I tend to have really dry and chapped during the fall/winter. It claims to quickly soothe, provide relief and up to 12 hours hydration. It reminds me of vapor rub, it smells like it and it feels minty and tingly on the lips. There is no color pay off. I feel like it does soothe my chapped lips but the hydration lasts only a couple of hours.
